Our family
One family. One golden thread.
From two pink suitcases to six regions, without ever letting go of the reason we started.
The story, in chapters
Fourteen years, told the way it happened.
Not a company history. A family that kept growing because the people we work with kept asking for more of it.
2012
Christina founds Ignite Purpose in Sydney with two pink suitcases and a belief that you don't have to be hard to be strong. $190,000 in year one.
The programmes
ARISE, BRAVE, SocioSafety and the Transformation Framework are built, tested and measured with leaders across Australia. The practice grows to seven figures.
2024
Ignite Purpose Media begins in Manila, giving organisations an insourced creative team. Clients ask for more: whole teams, then people hired for culture.
The homecoming
Ignite Purpose Africa is founded in South Africa with Dr Lenny Modisane. A South African coming home, not a brand flying in.
2026
Ignite Purpose Media becomes Ignite Purpose People. North America opens under Karyn Zwick. One purpose, two arms, six regions.
Today
23,000+ coaching hours. 6,000+ leaders. One thread through all of it: people first, everywhere.
The thread has never been the business. It has always been the people on the end of it.
What we believe
Why any of this exists.
People are the purpose. Growth is the goal. Connection is the way. And leadership is an act of service, which is why every one of us, in every region, works to make a difference to one person's life, every day.
One purpose
To make a difference to one person's life, every day. It has not changed since year one.
Two arms
Ignite Purpose transforms how organisations lead, work and grow. Ignite Purpose People builds the people who power it.
Six regions
Australia, South Africa, North America, Asia, New Zealand and the United Kingdom, held to one standard.
Meet the family
A story is only ever the people in it.
6,000+ leaders, 23,000+ coaching hours, and a team that spans Sydney, Johannesburg, Manila and Canada. Here is who you would actually be working with.
Let us introduce ourselves properly.
If any of this resonates, we would value a short conversation to understand your people priorities and show you where we could help. No pitch, and no obligation.

In Australia you will hear from Christina Foxwell and the Sydney team.
