Community
Reaching where corporate cannot go.
The same purpose as everything else we do: one person's life, every day.
Some of the people who most need this work will never sit in a corporate leadership programme. So we take it to them, through gatherings, conferences and a foundation of our own.

BRAVE Rising Foundation
Our not-for-profit lane, taking the people-centred work into places corporate cannot reach.
Women don't need fixing to lead. They need freeing to rise.
That belief runs through all of it. Imbokodo Rising is built so that men are in the room and accountable rather than invited to applaud. Sustaining the Healers exists because the people who care for everyone else are rarely cared for themselves.
Join us
Come, sponsor, or bring it to your own city.
These gatherings grow because people carry them home. If you would like to attend, host a table, sponsor a seat for someone who could not otherwise be there, or bring BRAVE Women in Leadership to your city, tell us and we will make room.
Let us introduce ourselves properly.
If any of this resonates, we would value a short conversation to understand your people priorities and show you where we could help. No pitch, and no obligation.

In Australia you will hear from Christina Foxwell and the Sydney team.
